Order Processing

All of our planners are produced to order to minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact.

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, though it may take slightly longer during periods of high demand.

Once your order has been dispatched from our printing facility, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery

After dispatch, please allow an additional 3–5 working days for delivery.

Most orders arrive within 10 working days of purchase.

If you have not received your order after 14 days, please contact us, and we’ll help track it.

Delivery options and costs are provided at checkout.

Please note: Our A5 planners are currently only available for delivery within the UK.
