SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Each of our productivity planners is produced to order, in order to minimise wastage and our environmental impact. Because of this, orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, however you may wait slightly longer at times of high demand.

Once orders are dispatched from the printing facility, please allow a further 3-5 days for delivery. Your delivery options will be provided at checkout. Most orders are received within 10 working days of purchase. If you have not received your order after 10 working days (14 days) please feel free to contact us.

Please note, our A5 planners are currently only available in the UK. ​

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at productivity@flodays.com within 28 days of receiving your order.

  2. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The product(s) you’d like to return

    • A brief reason for your return

Our team will guide you through the return process step by step.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Personalised & Sale Items

  • Personalised or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
